When you use the form on /book, we keep what you type: your name, work email, organisation, and, if you add them, your role, country and phone number, plus what you tell us about your work. We also note the page or campaign that brought you here. For spam protection we store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself.
Only to reply to you, prepare for a session with you and follow up on your request. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and we never sell or rent your details.
Two service providers process it for us: Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores the form, and Anthropic, whose Claude AI model drafts your first-cut view. Anthropic receives only what you write about your work and organisation, not your name, email or phone, and under its commercial terms it does not train its models on this data.
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then we delete it.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to prathaap@groundreality.org. We reply within 30 days.
